Five years of Dr. Jan Rudolph at pyropower

Congratulations on five years

Our team day on 1 July 2026 included a special moment: in front of the whole team, we congratulated Dr. Jan Rudolph on five years in our group of companies and presented him with his certificate. Five years in which drawings have become plants, and in which Dr. Jan Rudolph has made a great deal possible with his knowledge and his calm manner. Thank you very much.

The tradition of celebrating anniversaries

Nobody builds a pyrolysis plant alone. Behind every Pyro-ClinX are people from design engineering, production, electrical engineering, commissioning and administration who have built up their knowledge over years. In plant engineering in particular, experience cannot be replaced: anyone who has commissioned a plant before recognises problems before they arise.

That is why we deliberately celebrate every five- and ten-year anniversary in front of the whole team. Not as an obligation, but as a thank you to the people who stay, pass on their knowledge and help build the company.

Our values as a team

  • Taking responsibility: Everyone stands behind their own component, their own circuit, their own work step.
  • Learning from each other: Experienced colleagues pass on their knowledge, new colleagues bring fresh ideas.
  • Being on site together: We visit construction sites and plants as a team so that everyone sees what they are working for.
  • Finding solutions: In plant engineering, not everything goes to plan. What matters is how quickly we find a solution together.
  • Thinking long term: Our plants run for many years. That requires a team that also works together for a long time.

Team day on the construction site

In July 2026 our team day took us to a project construction site. Wearing high-visibility vests and helmets, we climbed stairs and platforms, past steel structures, pipework and plant technology. For many in the team who usually work in the office or workshop, it was an opportunity to see a project of this size up close and to put questions directly to colleagues on site.
