Partner meeting in Los Angeles

On 5 and 6 October 2026, Capstone, a manufacturer of microturbines and a long-standing partner of pyropower, invited its partners from around the world to its Business Partner Meeting. Under the title Powering ON Summit, participants met at the company headquarters and at the Valley Relics Museum in the Los Angeles area. Sebastian Kießling, co-founder and managing director of pyropower, attended and gave a talk.

Micro gas turbines at the core of our work

In the Pyro-ClinX, the pyrolysis gas is fully combusted in a separate combustion chamber. The hot flue gases transfer their heat via a high-temperature heat exchanger to the air of the micro gas turbine, which generates electricity without coming into contact with the gas. Our team has been working with turbine technology for more than ten years. Exchange with manufacturers and other partners worldwide helps us make our plants even more reliable.

A further step towards the US market

In 2024 pyropower already received an award for its US market entry plans in the Lausitz Goes International competition. The visit to California brought new contacts with partners who sell and service plants in North America.
